Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!  During these holidays, frozen chicken leg quarters, apple sauce, cranberry sauce, peaches, raisins, carrots, diced tomato, corn, lentils and cranberry juice were distributed and we served about 136 households / 589 individuals with 247 total bags distributed.  Unfortunately, Serving & Sharing Foundation ran out of commodities again but once again our gracious partner (Society of St. Vincent de Paul) covered the rest by giving out their own commodities.  Together, let us make a big difference!

When typhoon Yolanda hit the Philippines in November 2013, Serving & Sharing Foundation Inc. had the opportunity to participate in the great endeavor of Rescue Task Force (RTF) to have sent worth $206,879.36 of relief goods (total value of the container) with our donation of $2,500.00 assisting its shipment to the Philippines.  This in-kind donation was in deed a great accomplishment that could truly help our “kababayans” who were badly affected by all the calamities in the Philippines.  Mr. Gary Becks, Founder of Rescue Task Force,  provided us a report of all the items and goods they sent to the Philippines [please see Testimonial (5 pages)] whereby same report to show our donors so that they know exactly how their donations were actually expended.  FYI, Rescue Task Force is also in partnership with World Emergency Relief.

PI Relief Operations Project and our partnership with Rescue Task Force were made possible by cash donations received from the following donors:
